30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is marked delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened personal-care items (such as body sprays, wipes or single-use brushes) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Start with us first

Before sending anything back, email support@aurasunny.com or use our Contact page with your order number, the item and a short description. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Send clear photos of the item and its packaging. You can choose a full refund or a free replacement (subject to availability), and we cover the return shipping.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Please do not send a return until our support team has sent you instructions.

Refund timing

After we receive and check your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the credit.
