Eligibility review

Return requests are assessed case by case. To help us review a request, keep the item unused and unopened in its original packaging whenever possible. Please do not send a return until you receive instructions from our support team.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant, so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
