1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of aurasunny.com and its related services, features and checkout (together, the "Services"), operated by Aurasunny ("Aurasunny", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and their terms may also apply to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use, and we may decline or cancel orders placed for resale.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately. Each product page is the main source for the item's title, variant, price, availability, images and specifications. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on different screens. Images may show optional accessories or styling items that are not included, so please check what is included on the product page. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, contact us; your options are described in Section 11 and our Refund policy. Availability can change at any time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products.

4. Pricing and promotions

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, shipping charges and your final total are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a "compare at" or reference price is shown, it reflects a price at which the item was offered or a comparable reference price. Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with them, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. If a price or product detail is clearly wrong (for example, a typo), we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment, even after you receive an order confirmation. We will tell you if this happens.

5. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, an item that is unavailable or a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund any amount charged. To cancel or change an order, email support@aurasunny.com or use our Contact page as soon as possible. We can do this only before the order has entered fulfillment.

6. Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card number. If you shop with an AI assistant or another agent, an order is placed only after you approve the final order and payment at checkout.

7. Product use and safety

Follow the label and instructions. Read and follow all directions, warnings and ingredient information that come with the product, including on the physical label or in the manual, and keep them for future reference.
Electrical and heating products (for example wall heaters, heated or red-light wraps, massagers, water flossers, electric kitchen choppers, chargers and speakers): use only as directed and at the stated voltage. Never leave a heater running unattended or place it near water, bedding, curtains or other flammable materials. Do not use heated products while sleeping or on broken or irritated skin. Stop using any product that overheats, sparks, smells of burning or is damaged.
Laser products (for example laser measures and laser levels): never point them at eyes, people or animals.
Sprays, cosmetics and personal-care items (for example body sprays, body wash, nail glue and remover, and deodorizer sprays): for external use only, as directed. Patch-test cosmetics before full use. Keep them away from eyes, children and pets, use them in a ventilated area, and stop using them if irritation occurs.
Pet products: supervise your pet when it uses toys, lick mats, perches, bottles or tie-out stakes. Choose the right size for your pet, inspect products regularly, replace them when worn, and remove any part that could be chewed off or swallowed. Pet products are not a substitute for veterinary care.
Children: unless a product is specifically labeled for children, keep it out of their reach.
Not medical devices; no medical claims. Massage, comfort, pillow, compression, light, ice-roller and similar products are for general comfort and personal-care routines. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Information on our site is general information, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a circulation, skin or nerve condition, or have any other medical condition.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

Products are covered by any written manufacturer or limited warranty included with them, and by any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled as described in Section 11 and our Refund policy. Except as stated above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurasunny and its suppliers and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Shipping and third-party fulfillment

We ship only within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered 3–10 business days after shipment. Standard shipping is $2.99 on orders under $49.00 and free on orders of $49.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00 where that option is shown at checkout. Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and warehouses, so items in one order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates. See our Shipping policy for full details. If this summary differs from the Shipping policy or the options shown at checkout, the Shipping policy and checkout apply.

11. Returns, refunds and damaged items

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is marked delivered. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and approved for return before you send it. Some items cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement (subject to availability), and we cover the return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Our Refund policy governs returns and refunds.

12. Intellectual property

Content on the Services, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photos and videos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for personal shopping only. Do not copy, scrape, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. "Aurasunny" and our logo identify our brand. Third-party brand names belong to their owners.

13. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, question or other content, it must be truthful, based on your own experience, and lawful, and it must not include anyone else's personal information. We may remove content that is off-topic, abusive, unlawful or misleading. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display content you submit on the Services and in our marketing, shown with your first name or initial only unless you tell us otherwise.

14. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: use the Services for anything unlawful; place fraudulent orders or make false return or chargeback claims; interfere with the security or operation of the Services; use bots, scrapers or automated tools in a way that overloads the Services or ignores our published robots and agent guidance; guess or repeatedly test discount codes; buy products for resale without our permission; or upload malicious code. We may suspend access or cancel orders for violations.

15. Questions, disputes and governing law

Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved quickly. Email support@aurasunny.com with your order number and a short description, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring it in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, or, if the claim qualifies, in a small claims court in your county of residence. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class-action waiver.

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and Aurasunny about the Services.
